How access works

A connected app is not automatically available to every chat. Noter assembles the enabled tool surface for the conversation, and a tool switched off there is unavailable to the agent.

Confirm the destination schema and avoid duplicating an existing source of truth. Noter prepares context; your workspace conventions still govern the record.
Sending, deleting, paying, and overwriting always require confirmation. Other tool actions follow the selected chat mode and the specific operation’s risk.
