Choose the destination
Identify the workspace page or database that owns the information.
Knowledge integration
Noter can use an enabled Notion connection to prepare the document a meeting calls for: a decision record, project update, or structured note that can be reviewed against its source.
A defensible workflow
Identify the workspace page or database that owns the information.
Turn the meeting into a decision record or update, rather than copying raw notes.
Retain the meeting evidence and conditions that make the update trustworthy.
Review writes and overwrites; overwriting is always treated as sensitive.
How access works
A connected app is not automatically available to every chat. Noter assembles the enabled tool surface for the conversation, and a tool switched off there is unavailable to the agent.
Review boundary
Confirm the destination schema and avoid duplicating an existing source of truth. Noter prepares context; your workspace conventions still govern the record.
Sending, deleting, paying, and overwriting always require confirmation. Other tool actions follow the selected chat mode and the specific operation’s risk.
Connect the tools you choose in the private macOS beta.
