How plans work.
- What counts as a meeting?
- A recording of at least 3 minutes. A meeting you record in parts counts once.
- How does the trial work?
- Every new account starts on Pro, free for 14 days from sign-up. No card needed. When it ends, you move to Free and keep everything you made.
- What happens on Free?
- Your full history stays on every plan: nothing is hidden or deleted. You can record 5 meetings a month, and Pro features pause until you upgrade.
- What are the allowances?
- Each plan includes monthly allowances for recording time and AI use, shown in the app. If you reach one, the features that use it pause until the next month.
- Can I cancel?
- Anytime, from Noter's settings. You keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for.
- Do you offer refunds?
- If you're charged by mistake, or you ask within 14 days of your first charge, we'll refund it. See our Terms.
- What about recording other people?
- Noter records only when you start a recording. You're responsible for letting people know, and for getting consent where the law requires it.
