AI assistant for meeting follow-through

Bring the meeting context to the app you are already in.

Press Option–Space to summon Noter over your current work. The assistant can search meetings, people, companies, tasks, and saved facts; prepare a deliverable; or use a connected app with confirmation matched to the risk.

A compact assistant opens over the frontmost app.

GROUNDINGYour working context

Meetings, people, companies, tasks, files, and saved facts.

REACHHundreds of apps

Connected tools through Composio, plus local and remote MCP servers.

CONTROLRisk enforced in code

Sensitive actions confirm even in the most permissive mode.

Context at summon time

It sees what you show it, when you ask.

When summoned, Noter can capture the frontmost app, window title, browser tab URL and title, and current text selection. The captured context appears as a removable chip before it becomes part of the request.

Off
No frontmost-app or screen context is captured.
App & tab
Uses app, window, tab, URL, and selection metadata where available.
Full
Adds a screenshot for a deeper read. The screenshot is summarized and destroyed rather than stored.
Timing
Capture happens only when you summon the assistant, never as ambient monitoring.

From answer to artifact

The useful response may be a file, a draft, or a prepared change.

Noter is designed to produce the thing the meeting called for—not merely another paragraph about it.

CONNECTED APPS

Draft and prepare work where the team already operates.

Use Gmail, Slack, Linear, Notion, HubSpot, Google Drive, and other connected tools. If an app is missing, Noter can offer to connect it inline.

FILES

Create Word, PowerPoint, and Excel deliverables.

Generate documents, decks, and spreadsheets from your own material, or edit supported local files on a copy rather than the original.

WORKSPACE

Open the apps and tabs a project needs.

Noter can focus existing tabs and stage a set of apps without duplicating the workspace you already have open.

Write-back with a fallback

Use the reliable path available for that app.

Noter prefers a connected app’s API, can offer to connect an app, uses AppleScript for verified scriptable apps, can insert at the cursor, and otherwise hands you the text instead of pretending a write succeeded.

Read

Searching meetings, reviewing tasks, and gathering context can proceed without a write confirmation.

Write

Low-risk, non-destructive inserts can run when the selected chat mode permits them.

Sensitive

Sending, deleting, paying, and overwriting require confirmation in every mode. That permission cannot be granted away.

Clear limits

A meeting-grounded coworker, not ambient surveillance.

Noter does not continuously read every app on your screen. It does not promise general autonomous control of your computer. It assembles a tool surface per chat and works through narrow, inspectable actions grounded in the context you chose.

Some deeper write-back paths remain app-specific. When a reliable write path is unavailable, the assistant should decline and return the prepared content.

Ask from the screen where the work lives.
